The mission of the Tokay Strength & Conditioning program is to maximize the genetic potential of each athlete while decreasing the incidence of injury through safe and effective methods.

The program is ran by Head Strength & Conditioning Coach Michael Holst. Holst is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is also CPR and First Aid certified and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training. He has been in charge of the sports performance at Tokay since 2008 and was previously an intern in the strength & conditioning department at the University of South Florida under Ron McKeefery.
